  • Location: Hotel Malcom & Barret,
  • Speaker: Chris Bruntlett, International Relations Manager at the Dutch Cycling Embassy.
  • Price: € 29,-. Including: three course lunch menu (see this page below for lunch details), and drinks (agua mineral, refrescos, cerveza, vino y café). There is a vegetarian option as well for the menu. Just tick the box on the registration page that you would like to eat the vegetarian menu.

Engage with Chris Bruntlett, co-author of ‘Building the Cycling City: The Dutch Blueprint for Urban Vitality’ & ‘Curbing Traffic: The Human Case for Fewer Cars in Our Lives’, to explore the Dutch cycling culture and urban transport planning. Since visiting the Netherlands in 2016, Chris has been passionate about their approach to cycling and transport. His book highlights the Netherlands’ position as a leading cycling nation and offers practical lessons for cities worldwide. Learn from Chris’s diverse experience to understand how cities can improve living, working, and cycling environments.

Additionally, there will be a book signing session with Chris.

Valencian vegetable stew from the Valencian garden

Veal entraña with gafo potato and chimichurri sauce

For vegetarians/vegans it will be substituted:
Ham croquette will be substituted with boletus croquette.
